Just watched Macross Frontier Itsuwari No Utahime.
Its mostly new animation but by GOD the pacing is horrible. Even DYRL? wasn't this slow. It is basically goin through the same basic plot as the TV series but with little things changed here and there to speed up the story. Despite that it still feels slow and I felt they didn't manage to put sheryl and ranka on the same screen as much as they should for the "Triangler" effect. Sheryl goes flirting around Alto most of the time while Ranka does her odd jobs as an up and coming idol with barely enough time for Alto. Don't know about you guys but I feel japanese movies in general (anime or live action) have pacing issues. |

i think its doing a good job with the subplots and not everything is revealed yet (until 2nd movie) so its ok. But geez the plot is moving so slow. The mecha action is only at the beginning AND the end. They should include some small vajra skirmish in the middle. All the drama and talk in the middle is very dreary. It could somehow be done better.

Does anyone knows if there is any news on Yamato Macross Line for 2011? Below are my collections.....  MAX Tv edition and VF1S MAx ver...  Hikaru VF1J in Armor, VF-1A mass production, and VF1S Hikaru with Super Parts  Death of Focker Senpai....  VF25 Alto monitoring the hangar bay construction...  VF25 Michael landed  VF11B Thunderbolt also decided to land as well..........   My favourite..VF1J Max in the completed hangar bay......   Hangar bay....my mini project... So after leaving my armored ozma DX in battroid mode since the beginning, I transformed it into armored fighter mode and i must say this is the best mode.
Battroid is too much of a bulky floppy mess as the torso area doesn't lock very well especially with all the armour parts on. Gerwalk....i didn't even bother since it looked not too appealing. Guess i'll eventually build the model kit for a nice battroid version of ozma armoured. |

guys... i need some help regarding my DX VF-25F...
i realized those white plastic parts on my DX begin to turn into yellowish... while those while metal parts remain white... i displayed them in sealed display rack... and seldom expose to sun light... from my understanding... normally this kind of problem occurs when white plastic exposed to sunlight right...? but how come mine also kena...? Yellowing depends on luck one. Has lot of factors like the humidity, UV rays, etc. There's a way to cure it which is to get some kinda bleach and dip the parts into it.
Can try google for it but i can't now since i at work. |

Need some advice from the gurus here!
I got the 1/60 VF-25F Messiah Alto Custom (without strike parts), and need to know what kinda display stand can be used for it. After buying it I was a little disappointed that they gave the proper SMS display stand only with the strike parts version. I saw this: http://www.fast-autos.net/diecast-cars-mod...70451944899.jpg And I'm wondering if it can be used for my Frontier 1/60, or is this stand limited to the older figures? |

Beware of hinge break on your vf-25/27s. I just noticed cracks on mine, so i tried to reinforce them with UHU glue. Leopard's wasn't so lucky: http://jediwalker-leopard.blogspot.com/201...red-broken.html |

Anyone having problem with white plastic part of 1/60 turned yellow-ish?
I just found out my VF-1A 1/60 right wing become yellow color... but I never expose it under the sun. so sad .... :'( Any solution to make it white again? |

i guess the latest reissue YF19 has been improved and no loosed chest problem anymo..
