Celebrating the latest release of the second Macross Frontier Movie with my recent haul...
I highly recommend both of Tenjin Hidetaka's Macross illustration "coffee table" books... This post has been edited by catcha: Mar 2 2011, 06:59 PM |

Have been busy lately didn't have time to play with my VF-22 just yet.
I got my magazines from HLJ as well as HMV.co.jp The last time I checked on Kinokuniya (the one in Sydney since I live here now) the price was insanely expensive. It's cheaper to have them shipped over... |

Just make sure that the toys you are going to buy from Japan are not radioactive.... considering the nuclear meltdown going on now

QUOTE(dust1981 @ Jun 14 2011, 08:55 AM) I pre-ordered it online from AmiAmi with 10% discount.. not sure whether any local toy shop in Malaysia has it... mine got delivered via SAL registered...Been busy lately so haven't got a chance to transform it but the reviews seem to indicate that this is one of the best Macross toys Yamato has produced thus far.. |

QUOTE(richard0304 @ Jun 28 2011, 07:12 PM) Having played with it for a while, I think the VF-19 still is much more solid than the YF-29, though the latter maybe more aesthetically beautiful. Definitely an improvement from the ver1 VF-25 but I think it still felt a bit floppy. For me the paint job is a lot better than the past. |
