my verdict is:
1. innovative transformation method
2. loose feet, hand and wing designs
3. needs part changing for landing gears, gunpod, heatshield
4. easier to play with

that is what i hate most ... kinda spoil the transforming mood ... it's the same with bandai 1/72 model kit ... you have to take out some parts, and attach some parts ..

kinda disturbing, but i'm still getting another hi-metal next month, the vf-19s from macross 7 series.

I have this too.....bought at Mandarake Japan for RM180 two years ago. Ori price is RM350....for this quality where can?! Gila bandai. doh.gif

thats a good price... and probably the only way to get a VF-17 as a 1/60 doesnt look like it's ever gonna be made rclxub.gif

i'm fine with part swapping... the thing i'm more concerned with is whether bandai is serious about this line.. will it continue with the rest of the valks in the macross universe? things look to have stalled after the announcement of the DYRL VF-1As.... sigh...... i jz hope it doesnt go the way of the VF-100s...
