My humble opinion we dont care who is the person as long he delivers good for the people and people are happy HE deserves our respect,our country lacks these kind of people,so keep up the good work. Most forumers here are helpfull thats a matter of fact.

For SD bro ! HD anything is ok though for contrast some say Plasma is good.

Thats wat I hear Plasma may be phased out but I see Panasonic is more to Plasma.

The root of the problem is, it is owned by khazanah Nasional the investing arm of the goverment as such no competitors wld be allowed, thats why so many talk want to come but nobody came!! Mallayysia is so big and I dont see why we dont hv a single cable operator here ?Perhaps its the aftermath of exclusive licensing.

What i hate most but miss a lot is the going to the nearest channel function ,this was avaliable wiith older decorders now u hv to memorise every channel number to tune on if not the message "channel not avaliable" will pop on the screen. This is silly the decorder shld go to the next nearest channel. If i press 833 the channel shld go to 831 or 832,imagine the old folks how can they remember every channel number ? Now i understand the gist of being losers !!

Those sd channels most of them are on Unifi so astro wld not hv them, for those HD channels we hv to keep our fingers crossed,hopefully one day we get it cos we are at thier mercy being sole operator.

Check your Beyond Audio settings set it to 5.1/Your settings/Audio settings If there is a setting on your tv for sound i.e tv or amplifier set it to amplifier, this wl disable your tv sound and your HTS wld be on simatanouesly.This advice based on my HTS experiencece maybe its of some help to you.

Hope u use HDMI connection, if so check tv/amplifier settings if any and set it to amplifier.I see one connection is lacking if not hdmi connection

If 5.1 is selected TV volume wl be disabled volume control wld be through HTS.Perhaps a coaxial is lacking,?!,Try meddling u can solve it !!

Volume of the decorder ?Something not right here ,well lets wait and see,someone may help.

The advancement of technology at times screws us up to !! Maybe one day Johoreans may not get all those FTA singapore channels ! Our side was never friendly with them. TV3 is not availiable over there and TV3 uses the same UHF band here in Johor to interfere with thier Suria channel to stop locals here from watching their malay channel but so far they hv not blocked thier reception over here ! Thats Singapore !
