Updated Density in the area:

M City got 1500 units+commercial over 4.95 acres, elements 1000 units over 2.7 acres, arte 1163 over 2 acres, astoria 1216 units over 5.7 acres, reizz residence 495 units over duno how many acres..

Total: 5495 units over 15 acres (excl reizz).

All this numbers are excluding D Rapport's 1.1k units fr phase 1 alone, 3 towers 512 units, novo ampang's 421 and the likes...

looks very scarry n high dense..either way i liks to see MS agents come here n say wait 2018 price up, holding power etc..

Go ask elements buyer abt rental n holding power
