My friend who is an agent said that mcity isn't hard to rent out but questionable tenant base.

But it really struggles in subsales transaction.

Mcity's occupancy is high. At least 60-70%.

Only very low rental and questionable tenants as a agent told me.

42% rebate will kill both the subsale and auction market due to 0 entry of MS direct units.

As one of the earliest to predict the struggle of this area, I can only say

Can't imagine the party when both VP. I feel the transacted price not low enough. One of the highest maintenance in KL.

Many moons ago, I predicted that this would happen even without any special events like covid.
