How irony all 3 projects freehold and bearing KL address yet not doing well at all.
Expecting Southville and Lakeville both projects also by Mah Sing to be the next in line to fill up the top 5 king in lelong market by the end of 2018.

I believe got a few unsold 9xx sqft unit in the lelong market. Waiting for reauction at new price.
Depends on the bank. Some re-auction within 1 month once. Some need to wait up to 6 months once.

But duplex unit is 1018 sqft one right?

Example you take 90% loan out of the S&P pricing 1.3M. So you indirectly will be getting cash money out of this purchase?

S&P Price: 1,300,000
90% Loan: 1,170,000
Developer selling price: 750,000
Take home cash: 420,000

You can get 420k cash? is that correct???

with developer slashing the price to sell the remaining units left, i expect lelong unit to hit a record low price later on.
got a 1 bedroom unit at 400k price. so far all transacted in lelong at above 400k but now should be able to get such unit at below 400k. let's wait and see.

Depending when you buy. If those really early birds entering at 2011, then 550sqft is from 400k.
If enter around 2013, already almost 1000 psf the price, so 550sqft is 500k plus.

Meaning that now in 2018, you can still get the same price like those ppl buying 7 years ago. And no need pay progressive interest, lost opportunity of time, etc.
