Other units already drop price few times. I think you better scroll and read back all previous post to know actual transacted at what price. In lelong.

Both M City and The Elements once the reserve price fall below 400k will attarct many bidders and the price will end up above 400k again.
So meaning that even in lelong market, both M City and The Elements smallest size studio unit will still transact at 400k and above.

Yes everywhere got lelong unit. But nothing can beat M City and The Elements at the moment. Both projects top rank never ending lelong units in the market. One unit after another. You may choose not to agree but the truth hurts which is M City certainly not worth 1000 psf at this location.
