Worth to invest? I think I rather wait for a couple of years then only decide. Subsales might be cheaper during that time if our property price going for a round of correction.

QUOTE(seanlee31 @ Jul 3 2011, 12:14 AM) went to the sales office today and found out the info below 1. lowest price available now is about 650k for 800+sqft 2. expected rental is about Rm8.5/sqft ( dont know if it's true, how many expatriates will be renting there?) 3. maintenance fee is about Rm0.35/sqft 4. about 70% is marked with booking, claim that 50% is local buyer and remaining 50% are foreigners (korean, china, singaporean..etc) out of the 70% booking is it a good buy? Market rate is $8.5/sqft? Don't think so, if let say 850 sqft yield a rental of Rm7225 for merely 850 unit? Mah Sing must be trying to cheat potential buyers, doesn't matter if the location is in Ampang or Bangsar, it will not fetch this price.
