Change bigger front disk brake
Install rear disk brake
Change sprocket + chain (15-42 with 415 chain)
Lower front fork
Change racing footrest
Change FZ block

Don't know which one to start first, hai...

Added on November 9, 2010, 11:17 ami got mod... but i no kacau engine... pipe and lowered fork nia... engine kacau.. a lot of things need to jaga liao.. maintenance and etc.. right now i no income yet.. so don wan kacau anything...

my pipe i took out back ade also... LOL.. got tt only i put it in and use...

sure. I'd suggest you to use original block/piston and do port & polish, stiffen the absorber. Rear disc brake no nit la, drum brake more makan.

since you want change racing footrest.. I suggest you low 1.3 inch bah... because Aaron #$^#&% when he low 1.7 inch...(now he -0.7 inch already)

at BM.... ^^" it take about near 1 hour to gao dim the fork.. and low 0.5 inch won't work so much.. just follow Aaron's... 1 inch... will be better and nicer xD

low 1 inch will be ok no matter you're using stock footrest or bla bla bla... because 1.7inch.. if you corner too low.. will kena your footrest easily..

tmr i m going NBH actually. if u wanna ask abt porting, we can go there and I tell him what you wanted. It takes about 1 day to gao dim the porting. it's still faster than change FZ block (which may take 3 days+ for sui sui tuning).

For standard rear monoshock, you can lower 1" (2.54cm) front fork, but if you have stiffen the rear monoshock, I'd suggest less than 2cm. My own preference is change both front and rear absorber setting, you'll get very different cornering feel. Perhaps the next TT you guys can try my bike cornering performance.

If porting need how much ah? I need to prepare the $$ first

it is within RM150 for porting. Porting helps to improve engine efficiency, changing block js pump up the engine capacity, but engine efficiency is similar or even worse than stock, since the cylinder head port size is for 135cc. Of course the best solution is change FZ block + porting, but will take some time and cost a lot.

right now i feel like my rear almost like a spring... not teenager spring.. is adult spring... softer a bit ade.. i also dunno la.. but it is still ok...
