512/8=Max can reach 64KB/s only, there is no way to go beyong that limit.(I dun think tmnut will so generous and provide you beyong your package.
512 is kilobits / second = 64 KiloBytes /s 8 bit=1 bytes. Maybe some Pro can tell us how can 512 package can get 115KiloBytes speed. |

What IP are you using now? its regardless wat ip u get u get cappedthats happen to me been 3 days, wateva i download all capped to 50-60kbps... it it seem doesnt effect gameplay server though, i get normal ping in TF2 |
