wanna check something with you guys regarding steam, rmbr hw we all have those connecting to steam problem and need to use hotspot ?

cause i just encountered something odd, and would like yr input,
do you all have trouble connecting to steam cause you guys are using utorrent., but sometimes after quitting utorrent and waiting for a while for all the connection to close , it sometimes gives a 50/50 chance of connecting to steam,

and the only way you can connect is by restarting your windows, but you did not restart yr router so that rules out router as the problem..
