When is the launching day for USJ one park?

Launched already about a month back. >90% sold out if not mistaken.

There is an empty land beside Regalia Business Centre in USJ 1. I think that's the only large land left in the precinct. I've read a forum recently and somebody said there will be a luxurious high-end condo coming out.... Wonder if it is that land.

I thought that was suppose to be a hotel or something?
