Only left few unit that facing the block A wall and 2 unit of ground floor unit which have extra land of 600s.f. at the balcony cause they are at ground floor @ RM580k

this project launched 2010 and until now the construction of the condo is only upto car park level??? when was the s&p signed?

if this is true, luckily not vested into this few years back, if not really loosing time/money...

Almost forget got such building in USJ, aside the landed which almost can complete dy.

Highrise completion period should be 3 years ..
Structural frame for The floor after transfer floor required 10-14 days to complete ... They resumed the constrcution works 2 months ago...The block next to landed roughly taken 2 weeks to complete a floor .. So that the progress still reasonable .. 17 floors required 17*2 weeks = 34 weeks ... Architectural works required 6-8months for Highrise ... main drain and partial of the road already completed , which means the infra works time frame will be shorter.. Based on SNP Still hv 70 weeks to the targeted completion date .. I think slow down of the progress on condo is due to their strategy ..the semiD sales are not that good ... But the semi D is under dibs ... Longer construction time the developer need to absorb more Interest from bank..

They stopped on the floor before transfer floor almost 2 months ... But their landed move faster after that ..
Based on hda act .. Landed is 24 months , condo 36 months ?

With the launching price like above before discount, I doubt buyers will be losing money upon VP. Who's the developer again? hmm.gif

for this prop, if it could not complete in the year of 2013, it is a big lost to the investor...unless it could appreciate more than 100% upon vp assuming it vp at the year of 2015...
