My unit is 2008sf. Got kitchen cabinet and plaster ceiling. Decent renovation. But I still think 640k is not good price hahahaha...... perhaps to wait for the price to go up further.

Definitely a bargain for duplex condo at 1600 sqft++.

It has been a well kept secret all these while. But NOT all units are sold cheap.
Its the condo you can see magnificently visible on the hill from most angle when you are on the NKVE highway . The construction of the NKVE dampened the popularity for few years BUT now getting more and more popular.

The construction of NKVE (New Klang Valley Expressway) took few years back and linking it to LDP, Guthrie, Penchala Link, MRR2, Sg Buloh, Sri Damansara, Valencia, Sieramas , Kota Damansara ( could be likened suffering during wearing teeth braces) and then now after the construction turned to have a nice smile with perfect set of teeth. At present, can travel to most places with less distance.


There is only One Mantra for real estate worldwide: Location, location, location

Actually was looking at this since last year, price doesn't change a lot compare to other places, thus i wonder if it got any issue such as termite etc (which what i heard last time, in lowyat too). Anyway apart from this, yeap this is definitely a bargain especially for those young family. Great and cozy place to live with.

Anyway i opt for landed thus i went for RI2 in Saujana Putra, never regret since then..
