For the door opening, what I think they "missed" was the car would unlock even when the car is moving at 110km/h. They should have some safety feature there. The fact is that while moving the door will actual quickly lock back, but the problem is that the door is already a little opened before the lock kicks in (I know because I tried it on the highway sweat.gif)...so they need this safety feature against "experimenting engineer adults" like me  tongue.gif

Regarding rims, I think you can find a lot of second hand 15" at tyre/rims shops, a lot of them are quite new as the owners change them not long after getting new car....that's because a lot of people with thick 15" would upgrade to 16" or 17" for improved handling.

But for new 15" light sport rims, yeah it's a pain to find them.... rclxub.gif

The problem is our model uses 5 nuts rim which is hard to come around...even for 16' rim also usually can get one or max 2 designs only.. i am enjoy my ride with the current 15' rim..handling still stable at 150km/h tested on my way back from KL to melaka yesterday...not willing to sacrifice my ride's comfort for bigger rims..overall happy with my current setting

You are already using 15"? biggrin.gif So it means trying to find a better looking one la....

I think when people refer to "handling' it's referring to the "feel of cornering" plus the stability. On highway it's mostly quite straight I think (unless you corner on the ramps brows.gif). When I downgraded from 17" to 16", I can feel that the turning feel isn't so good. But I chose some good tyres so the grip is still quite good, just that it's a little more wobbly and less firm due to higher profile. But ride comfort is what I wanted.

Another thing to consider is offset...try not to find an offset that's too far away from stock, otherwise there will be difference in steering precision and suspension characteristics. I've got a thread going on in Autoworld: http://forum.autoworld.com.my/index.php?showtopic=96641. Can just use as reference. smile.gif

dashboard = try to ketuk2 around your dashboard. working fine for my case. first, try to locate where's the sound coming from. (mine coming from right side of driver dashboard area)

try push area by area lah. when the sounds appear, push here, push there, until u find the exact spot.

Kia would be sued if someone wanted to escape a frontal accident at 110km trying to jump out but doors can't open.... think about that?
