Finally, I got my N900!!!!!!!!! Just update to PR 1.3 last night. But my fMMS is not working. I'm using celcom 2G sim, the new version of fMMS seems can auto download the settings, but it just not work.

Do I need a 3G sim to make it work?

Guys sorry quick question just say that when im installing the webOs games i purposely place the file(ie. NFSUC) under  /home/user/ directory straight w/out the applications folder will it work.

Hmn... Preenv sifus, is it possible to get the games located in MyDocs and then create a symlink? in /home/user/application/

u try 2 check the adress there at the fmms setting is .075 or .75
mine default was .075. I tougt it was the same. but after changing to .75, straight away able 2 retrieve the mms. haha.

My camera launcher seems not working well in this new PR1.3

Flashing is very easy actually, read the front page, got step by step guide; Once you do it, you'll know how easy and fast.

You need to download the firmware first. Then flashing can be done within 5 minutes.
It will clean install the OS, so backup your data using the Backup Option in settings.
You can restore everything later after you reflash.

For less problems, make sure you're using Windows XP, in short, you can connect your N900 to your PC successfully via USB Cable (able to detect and connect to OVI/PC Suite.)

Don't think it's your phone problem unless you can't connect to other WiFi as well.
Previously I reply to you already, after type ifconfig, check your IP Address under wlan0 is it the same as your PC obtained address (only the last part should be different).
Just to make sure you're connecting properly and not in ad-hoc mode.

Secondly, can you use command prompt in your PC Windows and type "ipconfig /all" and print the screen capture, so I can check the IP and DNS settings.
From there, you can manually set your N900 connection to your router similar to your PC, only change the last part of the IP address.
Example: 192.168.1.X
This is manual connection settings and should work better than automatic.

when i check wlan0 in the x terminal,
the ip is the same with command prompt in my laptop
just the last digit is not the same

i set the DNS in my n900 to exactly the sme with on the comand prompt,still cannot connect to my wifi.

just try at other places that have a wifi will you? it's not ur n900 problem and im certain of it 

as I said the 3rd time, check your router setting is it locking wireless on MAC address access and cancel all the password protection and let it open free, then try to connect to router and see can browse or not
