Hi MeiMei123,

Thanks for sharing on Putrajaya FPP info & congratz on your delivery, guess you must be bz with you bb now.

My wife is going to delivery tentatively late Oct, and she is from China. The problem is she is not able to communicate in malay so i have to keep her company while she delivers. Can you share any info that you might have for normal delivery? Charges? and etc? It will be really useful and appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Justin,
yes RM1270 is all in, and im not FPP... just get my wife routine check up in normal Klinik Kesihatan around ur area,
then ask the Klinik write a letter for you to get in Hos.Putrajaya,

my case is abit special due to my baby Breech Position, if normal birth im not sure they will refer u to Hos.Putrajaya or not.

as long as you choose 1st Class ( one bed one room )
husband can accompany wife.. but if keep her company while she delivers (assume c-sec ) is impossible
in Government hospital they only allowed accompany on Normal Delivery..

Mine is C-Sec, only RM1270 including all the etc etc stuff which is LUMP SUM, no more additional cost...
only that they ask for RM800 Deposit,

i believe normal delivery will be much cheaper =)

Last but not least,
my wife stay for 3 nights...

usually anything related to chemical i will think it's harmful to anyone not only for pregnant lady. Check ur house surrounding and see why ur house got a lot of mosquito? If not mistaken, there is one type of plant that can keep the mosquito away too. smile.gif

You can opt for Mosquito Vaporizer. Just switch it on when you want to sleep and switch off once you are awake..

Hi justinchow917

I think better you send your wife to Tung Shin Hospital, because mostly all the nurse is chinese and most of them speak mandarin. I think more easy for your wife to communicate with them.

Price ard RM2.5k without any equiment (etc: vacuum)

Hi Guys,

We are excited for our first baby, as my wife is now 9 weeks pregnant, but over the past 3 weeks, she has been vomiting like 3-6 times daily, and after doing some search online today, I believe she is having Hyperemesis Gravidarum... shocking.gif

During our first gynae checkup in 7 weeks, we told the gynae that she vomit like 2-3 times a day and lack of energy, and was assured that this is a normal symptom, I don't want to mention the gynae name, as she might be okay, just a lack of persistence from our part to enquire further on the symptom that she endured. Over the past few days, she vomit almost everything she eat like 3-6 times a day, feel very tired, dehydrated, dizzy, lost weight, so she has been taking more rest, feeling bad for her, as she is very depress... did a search online and it seems like those symptom of Hyperemesis Gravidarum seems to match her situation.

My question is, for mum with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, is there any hospital or specific gynae that is good for this field? icon_question.gif

Firstly congrats on your wife pregnancy. These first few months will be quite difficult for your wife especially since her body is adapting to changes and to accommodate "someone" new.

I suggest that you get another opinion from another gynae regarding to this before straight away getting treatment for that and in the meantime continue to get her enough nutrients for pregnancy like Folic Acid and other good supplements for pregnancy.

As for me and few other people I know, it is normal to loss weight, vomit almost everything eaten, tired and dizzy and dehydrated. I lost almost 5 kgs during my early pregnancy. Only feel better at second trimester.

But you can still check with the gynae regarding to this. Just as precaution.
