i'm frm setia (soon to Fuego), and i wud say their security is good... the guards really did their work...
perhaps, once dev. security contract of 2yrs over, might ask them if they are interested to take over here...
coz i been to some older phases in BBR, those guards, really err, how 2 say, not so active... abit wif tidak apa attitude...
anyway, its best if we can stick as one big residence association (fuego/paloma/avani/ellis) so can plan for security sake within this area...
all those phases, share the same security guard, better management, better resources, manatau, enuf ppl paying, can even have like Aman perdana, wif card access system although non G&G taman.
