Site offices were setup @ site but main works (fence up) were done for Avani? Nothing on Fuego... got lar... 1 tractor "korek" one... stagnant!

Fuego Phase 1 and 2 open for sales again...
THIS IS THE FUNNY PART!!!

Phase 1 (facing South with nice no.) got few units oni (2-3 nia)...
Prev. selling price + 10% = RM603k+

Phase 2 (mixed units...)
Selling price 595k onwards (added 20k premium)...
Facing field is RM613k

No reason was given for Phase 1 hike compare to Phase 2...
Claimed to me mgmt decision...
I belip its drop lot punya drop lot for Phase 2...

whrby wanna collect signatures to submit a letter to SD...
so that they can include Alarm system instead of us doing double work...
e.g. knock walls, conceal sensor wires, plaster again... sure cacat 1...
i guess at most per hse is abt 2k...
even setia older phase 18x65 already included basic alarm system...
so wat if its 6 zones (even 4zones oso) better than nothing...
