I wud agree, bbr is pretty slow...
But look at subang jaya and then usj 20yrs ago... Its somethg like bbr now, no? Subang parade b4 carrefour up tat period... When usj1 whr giant/mydin was now... It was a large swamp... long b4 taipan was intro... Seriously ulu beb... now, triple deck flyover in a township... Anyway, i wud say bbr opp of setia may have potential for more vast improvement.. Lived in setia for the past 4-5yrs... its nice & save, nice environment... But too costly 2 upgrade... gonna miss setia and pray 4 the best in Bbr... Hope to form committee later 2 continue/make better current security, thankfully, all new development has them... not as efficient as g&g but gud enuf as 1st line of deterrent... no wonder i see tis banner all along BBR area when driving since last weekend... kinda figured its gonna be next to nobat...
630k ya... kinda premium... but my hunch said its gonna be another sold out bargain again... anyway, i thk some 20x65 full buildup @ setia is abt 1900sf e.g. Cestrum (1908sf) ,Sasaella + Bambusa (~1944sf), juz checked, its <600k. Aci/In-dosasa (~1879sf) and Tuscany (1867sf) demand >600k, not bad! 20x70 new phases are >700k (>2000sf), only older phase are 5-6xxk depending builtup (<2000sf) and location. but of coz, newer facade more appealing to younger gen as well as warranty and other factors... |

Garcinia is a good buy, provided its Garcinia 1 coz launching price oso @ 498k, G2 @ 528k
Sheda is older phase, 2082sf, launching price was oni 284k (yrs ago)... Charisma slightly newer (2130sf), personally i did saw this model 2yrs ago. That time, it was asking 550-580k. Dev. price was oni 325k. Unfortunately bank value wasnt there yet... But for now, that's about the price going... Garcinia is a good buy... if that price still good to go! Rest assured setia will rectify for u... Juz talk 2 them and they wil arrange inspection. Especially the porch... But they will not cover backyard extension or land area in porch... If those crack, they will blame ur contractor piling or foot print not good... I read tis somewhr in the oth forum too... Their name is at stake wor |
