Well guys, Delora was fully sold out by the way... when the balloting was in progress, u can see lines of people queueing up as early as 8.am.Balloting starts at 9plus am and within an hour,30units were sold out of 60 being offered.Lake side view was fully sold first (price ranging in between 950k to 1.4M ) . of the 200++ people that submitted their cheques, few hopefull souls where left hoping for a chance to get their names picked.By 11plus,all units were fully sold.Thats all for the live field report.
My opinion: why is it such a hot seller?
1.Close to Setia Alam with its new mall
2.Price is slightly less than those superlink houses being offered at Setia Alam
3.Quality finishing and strategic sales tactic by developer i.e. Sime darby actually holds a few units on their own till houses are ready to set a minimum sale prices when house are ready for occupancy.setting benchmark across borders.
4.Phase 2 will be launched and a few months ,surely commanding a higher price.
5.cash incentives and the DISB being offered.

ps-a new project will be launched in september with a price tag starting from 450K,n was told that 30% of it will be allocated under the 1Malaysia scheme i.e for those earning less than 3000 a mth.I am already saving money for that and hopefully my name will be pick in the next round.

i expected it to sell well, but it turned out better!
60 units is not a lot but if price 1mil+ and 200+wanted it, it says something.
setia city mall people must be very happy too since they do need more residents to go there!
