sorry shd rephrase, is under pipeline, someone gave me false info. we visit the site every week they sent us mail saying target to hand over key in July this year, which completes 5 mths earlier than target date, i.e. end of this year. from our current house, we can see that building is standing still and right in front of our eye sights. is a pleasant project. nw they are paving the road n main gate.

do input ur price & i shall compile a list for easy reference

am doing this to secure a fair price for all owners of sanderson & to serve as a benchmark for bukit serdang high end condo.

But not for pushing the price sky high, we need to be fair to sub sale purchasers as well. coz if the end price is too high no buyers will actually able to purchase.

IMHO, upon CF 900sf unit would be able to fetch 400k

Let the market decide later... You all start showing your desired selling price may kena shoot by some people.. I will use recently launch price of new condo near by and existing nearby condo selling price as a benchmark. For sure will add more due to the low density and concept. Hehe.. My 2 C.

$480 for type a consider reasonable for me

This is very normal whenever the property is going to VP soon bcz the agents hopeful to secure ur unit status and lock it up if for sale / rent.

The more calls u get, means, the more agents goreng for u. Hehe.
