Own stay or Investment? How do you feel the entrance to it now? If the distance not a problem (until there is a new access road). It's a good place to stay.

plan to own stay, the entrance is bit deep, but now beside the entrance building SEMI-D, i guess that area become higher market price. if now never buy den wait till the price grow up buy is a regret lo. right?

What do you mean by decide the entrance? Are you saying the Sanderson main entrance? If it is, I got interest to see the semi-d... tongue.gif

Is before Sanderson, is good for stay of Sanderson. Comfort environment. The semi-D showroom haven comPlete yet.

Never know Sanderson project has landed properties. Last time, I went was the condo and the lowrise townhouse concept. That area is abit far deep in with narrow access road.

However, if is for own stay, I think is quite okay. How much is the semi-D ? Is the project called Sanderson as well?

actually that semi-D is not in sanderson, sanderson is deep bit, sanderson has condo and villa. i think is better to stay, because not noisy andaround that is jungle and trees...

I just visit the area today, see lot of shop house being launched in the surrounding. The land near the those factories also being fenced off. Possible a road connect to sanderson from the factories?

Behind Sanderson have big plot of land, but i guess there are building shop house or small factory. Hopefully will have a road to connect to MEX as well

I had seen the pdf documented bukit serdang land usage and road proposed area around there. The land around Sanderson mostly are residential land, and there is a reserve proposed road access from Sanderson towards the light industrial beside villa pavilion.

I saw someone posted in LYN before, just next to villa pavillion, there will be new townhouse and 2 story landed, the person posted architect site plan pictures.. You can keep your eye on that area too. Negative point is entrance facing the light industry area. Good thing I remembered was G&G, price affordable.
