Hi, Sanderson is one of my shortlisted to buy. Visited the site, looks ok, any tenants around can share some insights about the community?
Meantime, hows the facilities maintenance, still well managed? As i was told many not paying..

Community is good no much issue so far.
Facilities are still well managed except some defects in common areas pending developer repair
Maintenance fee collection seems positive

I think the 'The Park" beside 1.2-2.0 mil also not doing good....

when you register your interest and select the type it is mentioned there. villa 1.8mil onwards, duplex 1.3mil.

At least the park has a swimming pool... this one layout is fine, but not much amenities.
