Hi all, i interest to buy one unit (villa) for my own stay. can i know how is the environment there ? is the environment quiet ? how about the traffic ? only one road in and out the condo ?

It is just a small pump for individual water tank, I regularly wash my tank there, no noticeable noise

Internal road that connect Jalan Cemara to Jalan PBS 14/1 which connected to Bukit Jalil Highway

will cut the journey from bukit jalil to sanderson at least by half

Hi sanderson owners, seeking some feedback are am planning to get a unit here. Notice there’s another project Affinity beside it. And roads construction are going on. If this direct access for them, do u think sanderson value will depreciate/stagnant?

As sanderson way out to main road (Astro) is the current route.

Also notice Block A value has been stagnant for quite awhile. Any reason?

Dear Sanderson owner,

I am currently looking for a subsales nearby this area, have surveyed the park laman serdang townhouse, environment is nice with all the Semi D.

However, the 2nd floor subsales unit without lift is a big NONO, imaging carrying groceries and having to climb 2 level of stairs, oh my. Another thing is the high maintenance cost.

Therefore i am currently considering subsales duplex villa (with sky garden), going to view it soon.

Can owners share the living experience here at Sanderson?

My main priority would be environment (is everything well maintained?), security and the peacefulness of the surrounding (as i am currently living in the city, non stop traffic + mat rempit noise at night).

Appreciate if owner can share me some inputs! thanks in advance!
