I think he was referring to the C1-C4 Type villas,as C5 & C6 villas with roof will cost more or less around 660k and above.

I heard from one of the so called "The Sanderson" interior designers that the Hand-over date (latest) will be in Mid Sept, sigh.

QUOTE(frequency @ Jan 26 2015, 01:42 PM) get my loan approved but not good rate 4.65 by public bank, still appealing and waiting other bank offer Hi,hope joining the family the sanderson soon btw start preparation looking for contractor how much guys roughly spent and special note ? Thanks For window and door grills related, we (The Sanderson) have a contract with one of the Metal Work companies for a very good rate. For other stuff, it depends on what you planning to renovate, I basically turn my whole villa inside out, basically renovating almost the whole house except the Spiral Staircase and the terrace area. Cost wise, its on the high side, it really depends on how much you want to change. |

QUOTE(frequency @ Jan 28 2015, 05:37 PM) thanks man. Its is some big renovation! its into its seventh month! lol sounds like you have done a big renovation. I would just do basic plaster ceiling and wardrobe, kitchen cabinet... small budget as long as the house is livable the thing that annoys me is the size of master room, unsure it fit the king size bed and wardrobe (heard some ppl just tear down the wall to utility room as walk-in wardrobe). Initially thought about tearing down the utility room to make it a walk in wardrobe, but ID recommended the utility room to be part of my dry kitchen, breaking down the room's right wall as well, to make it an Open concept Dry Kitchen. Master Bedroom size wise can't complain much, I'm still able to put in a built-in wardrobe, and an Australian King Size Bed (slightly longer than our usual King Size bed). Only worry is getting that mattress to be loaded into the house. Well we do have a very big living room, so just make use of that. |
