Android is definitely not something that'd suit everyone especially those without much IT knowledge. I had a friend who was quite interested with it despite my warning, and I already received a few calls for help from her. I would definitely won't recommend Android phone to friends or clients who can't even get familiar with Symbian.

Why android better than symbian?

1. You can give all your personal data so google can better sell you stuff.

2. You can learn how to hack your phone so you can do stuff that you should be able to do out of the box.

3. You could learn about food.

this would never be a good point.this is the worst point instead.

well... if that's not the point... then there wouldnt be so many mods and hacks for any phone... =P

u know y hack?coz the original 1 is not good enough.if they do it very well in original,y u want to hack?furthermore,hacking will void ur warranty and its illegal in legacy view.

agreed.. I still remember.. when people start know hacking Symbian ^1 @ S60V3/V5/V2 ..

when they know that.. they know how to get/install the apps for free.. this could be more to piracy

of course purchase ORI sw hv better performance...

i hate those ppl who said iPhone is damm f**king good and everything is free.dun hack the iPhone is totally rubbish...i personally hate hacking coz its illegal.

after hack can just get the FREE sw but not FREE usage..like GPS..even android also the same..

but the Symbian & wimno can totally get FREE usage after hack..

but android market apps oso not bad...much much better the apple apps store..can say that 70% is free...OVI store is better than average also but the number of apps have to increase.

i totally disagree google map is GPS...i dun think i can separate my concentration when i driving my car...only garmin/OVI maps/papago considered GPS
