i checked the Exif data, ISO ~ 200, shutter speed 1/17. Wondering what the image quality will be if you bump up the ISO to 400 or 800. Your hands are quite steady, quite sharp at 1/17.

my n8 always have data transfer through 3g/edge/hsdpa.
try to check application running, there's none is running.
all the widget all been remove. need to manual disconnect the connection..

you remove all widget in just one homescreen or all homescreen?

mine is working fine,until now dunno how to disable the autolock

Its not that hard. Just goto Settings,Phone,Display and you will find the auto timeout. Default value is 1min. You must be not using Symbian for long time.

i have 5800 ,actually i want fully disable it..dun want after 1 minute it autolock,

once i play nfs shift,while racing suddenly it autolock and the screen become black

Guys, anyone manage to create custom eq for n8 yet?? Can't seem to find any setting.. Last used symbian is only n82, very outdated liao, haha

From what we know, Nokia team will continue to read the forum on a regular basis. There is no requirements, they just hand pick some random guys based on your enthusiasm for Nokia devices. This will be reflected on your participation in the forum. Currently it is still a pilot programme but they are evaluating it seriously and hoping to make this permanent. So show your passion for Nokia phone, by being active in forum. They do read what you wrote, so don't just spam to increase post count. Btw, judging from yesterday, they are open about it. Not just the good, they are interested to hear the your dissatisfaction as well. They have a competitor's phone for real world usage as well along the Nokia device they were using, so they know their stuffs.

Well, you can configure it somewhat.

Just goto Settings,Connectivity,Settings, and you will find data use in home network, just switch to WLAN only and it will stop using 3g.
