Why sign up in the first place if he's so dissatisfied with Maxis?
I'm not sure what will happen, but he will be black listed among the other telco companies, his line will be terminated, if he decided to subscribe to any post-paid plan in the future he will have to settled the bills that he owed Maxis first..

erm... coz due to for the 1st week maxis already charged him over rm200 of unbilled balanced and barred his line for exceeding credit limit, as he didn't even use much of his 3g and calls yet. suspect is the 3g he's been using, maxis is charging him every single kb and not included in the ivalue package yet.

Ask Maxis to increase the credit limit, the unbilled amount is before any deductions / rebates... But do check on your data counter just to make sure your fren did not over used the data usage..

I did ask 3 times last month regarding the data charges, is it included in the unbilled amount or not..they said yes...but when my bill comes my actual data charges is 600+ which is before deductions, after deductions is only RM18 (only used 60mb over 100mb)

fyi, before the bill comes, my unbilled is actually only 300+...

he will be back listed and next time he will have trouble of opening a new line in any telco using his name...

maxis explained to my fren said during the days he's been using the 3g... his data usuage is not included in the ivalue, which means those data usage will be charged and not going to deducted by maxis.

I jus called maxis..
They said no stock even for tomoro in maxis centers..
Have to wait til next week..

hmm, how come? your fren use the 3G when the ivalue plan is still not yet activated?

for data plan whenever i subscribe with maxis i always make sure they activated before i'm using it... i even make two to three times calls just to make sure..

Rm200+ is not much, advice your fren to pay it and take this as a lesson lo..or complaint to maxis..Is your fren under contract with Maxis? For how long?IF your fren has already sign a contract with maxis for 24 months..whether you use it or not, maxis will still charged you for the next 24 months..

i already ask Butterworth maxis center, those phone have in center is reserve all for waiting list no matter when the phone come or restock ....unless they clear all the waiting list, then only got stock for those walk in customer

the guy at klcc said no need to waste ur time to ask all MC for a stock.. on 19th only will be available nationwide.. i supposed so.
