Anyone got go to Maxis Ipoh today?

Then i also should go there, to get myself in the priority waiting list.. already put my name there last week... still no calls from them...zzz

333mins local calls, 200sms to maxis and 1gb plan = FREE

After that, if usage is below RM100 = they bill you RM100 only... The free calls & smses is still shows in your unbilled amount as i noticed..

Usage more than rm100 then you pay more than that.. assuming that you have use up all the free calls, smses and datas..

Notes: The monthly fees that you paid is not included the free calls, smses & datas..

Why sign up in the first place if he's so dissatisfied with Maxis?
I'm not sure what will happen, but he will be black listed among the other telco companies, his line will be terminated, if he decided to subscribe to any post-paid plan in the future he will have to settled the bills that he owed Maxis first..

Ask Maxis to increase the credit limit, the unbilled amount is before any deductions / rebates... But do check on your data counter just to make sure your fren did not over used the data usage..

I did ask 3 times last month regarding the data charges, is it included in the unbilled amount or not..they said yes...but when my bill comes my actual data charges is 600+ which is before deductions, after deductions is only RM18 (only used 60mb over 100mb)

fyi, before the bill comes, my unbilled is actually only 300+...

kindly explain the bold part..not quite understand

hmm, how come? your fren use the 3G when the ivalue plan is still not yet activated?

for data plan whenever i subscribe with maxis i always make sure they activated before i'm using it... i even make two to three times calls just to make sure..

Rm200+ is not much, advice your fren to pay it and take this as a lesson lo..or complaint to maxis..Is your fren under contract with Maxis? For how long?IF your fren has already sign a contract with maxis for 24 months..whether you use it or not, maxis will still charged you for the next 24 months..

I went there at 9a.m. there said no stock.. Maxis always gives different answer.........

Maxis is authorized seller for Apple, you can't blame Maxis for faulty phones... But Maxis service is indeed poor, they always gives wrong info.. They even omitted my name in the pre-booked list, which i given to them on the 30th of September...

For Maxis,when you over use it you pay for it, so is fair & square... You can't say is hidden charges.. The only bad thing is we can't check on our actual data usage which cause a lot of dissatisfaction among Maxis subscribers..

For Digi, yea their plan is good, because the extra usage on DATA they will not charge you but will throttle your speed to 1/5, which considerably damn slow...

Yes you get, 15hrs of free calls & 1500 sms between main & supp. lines.

Take note that the ivalue 100 unused credits / balances cannot be share with your supp. lines.

Yes you can't transfer the unused balance to your supp. line..

As long as your supp. line usage did not exceed the RM30 commitment fees then is RM30 if is more then you need to pay more...

No free data usage for your sub. line, you use you pay...

Free 15hrs/1500sms applied to both principal & supp. lines..
