Car park for PV phase 6 is RM12k, existing phase asking about 14k, why we have to pay 20k or even more, its 50% premium compare to others, esp SG with 2 free car parks.

I hate the SA always mentioned RM40k freebie, nuts la, I can have the similar things for about RM30k if i engaged outsource designer, they already marked up not less than RM10k still proud to said RM40k freebies.

150*12= 1800 per year

said 10% payable as additional management fee = 180 per year or 15 per month

1620 per year net income

ROI = 1620/25k = about 6.5% net return ler.

if 20k, your ROI = 8.1%

if 12k, imagine....13.5% ROI.

you judge yourself lo.
