after saw your guys post about ppl throwing rubssih i staring to worry cause my unit is low floor.btw out of curiosity is there cctv in the lift?

I just called the management office regarding Astro Byond. the lady said, they will be having a meeting end of this month, and will be discussed.

But for me lifts always down, car park entrance doors always spoilt, defects took long time to repair cant be tolerate more. second floor car park lights always out of order.

I heard setapak green JMB already. That's why management is better We really need to complain to management they need to be more strict for letting visitor in. Tom d*** Harry can come in as they pleased, what is the purpose of intercom if they didt call the owner to verify the visitor?

I believe we can improve the management, we as owner have to stay united & push all security measures to be implement such as visitor confirmation via telecom, security guard to patrol & to place a security guard in lift lobby area. Having stayed in 288 for quite some time now and problems on common area is rectifying but slow. This is a fact. However, 1 of the main issues lie with the owner. I notice many 'flippers' units lying vacant for RE Agent and who's not to be busy.
Even notice a possible desperate owner who rented out their unit to North African and later regretted then eviction occurred.
SG are of established developer and experience with management and resources which is possible that they look better for the time being. Also JOINT MANAGEMENT BODY formation by the owners (better live in owners) will tend to attend to problems that will affect them better. Are we (owners of 288) getting together to have a meeting to form JMB?
Another frustrating issue is where tenant not having/not utilising their own parking or the way mgmt handling the parking issue. Ground floor visitors parking is always filled with cars of stay in residence.
