Yes the defect team resolution time so long to repair defects.
And always said the workers for certain areas not available.

after saw your guys post about ppl throwing rubssih i staring to worry cause my unit is low floor.btw out of curiosity is there cctv in the lift?

Low floor ? 5th floor

Yes there is CCTV installed in lift.

yes there is cctv in all the lift. the other day, i came home late, i saw some fellas, came in thru the lobby, and took the stairs up and the doors in some floors are not locked. basically, they can get in to your floors thru the stairs. sigh!

yes, ive seen rubbish in the pool. ive only used the pool once. some cigarette buds.

the worst of all is the LIFT. it was out of order two days ago.. thank god they fixed it.

nope 7th floor above swimming pool.can view the ceiling on my balcony where all rubish from high floor end up with.aiks....

I just called the management office regarding Astro Byond. the lady said, they will be having a meeting end of this month, and will be discussed.

Hm for me i didnt see rubbish being thrown from up ....
But for me lifts always down, car park entrance doors always spoilt, defects took long time to repair cant be tolerate more.

second floor car park lights always out of order. vmad.gif

We really need to complain to management they need to be more strict for letting visitor in. Tom d*** Harry can come in as they pleased, what is the purpose of intercom if they didt call the owner to verify the visitor?

and one day i found out there is brochure at my entrance.
who allow them pass brochure ? security ?
and there is break in incident happened in 288. WTH.
got one security fat guy so arrogant. i dont like his attitute.

Whats does JMB means?
BTW we must complaint to the management about letting visitoer in easily!This is a serious issue.

I thought moving up from my previous property which is half the price was an upgrade, just to find out similar kind of tenant in this price range, not to mention the tidak apa attitude of the guard is not exactly what you expect from this kind of property. Felt a little bit regretful buying the property, I guess I just have to deal with this until I can an afford a decent landed property.

I believe we can improve the management, we as owner have to stay united & push all security measures to be implement such as visitor confirmation via telecom, security guard to patrol & to place a security guard in lift lobby area.
I will start making noise to management and developer this week verbal and written. Hope you all will do the same smile.gif

Having stayed in 288 for quite some time now and problems on common area is rectifying but slow. This is a fact. However, 1 of the main issues lie with the owner. I notice many 'flippers' units lying vacant for RE Agent and who's not to be busy.

Even notice a possible desperate owner who rented out their unit to North African and later regretted then eviction occurred.

SG are of established developer and experience with management and resources which is possible that they look better for the time being. Also JOINT MANAGEMENT BODY formation by the owners (better live in owners) will tend to attend to problems that will affect them better. Are we (owners of 288) getting together to have a meeting to form JMB?

Another frustrating issue is where tenant not having/not utilising their own parking or the way mgmt handling the parking issue. Ground floor visitors parking is always filled with cars of stay in residence.
