Regarding Astro, If you guys wish to install Byond, you cant at the moment. i have submitted to the management that i want to install Astro Byond and they will look into it. Just sharing btw

288 Residency is badly managed. The lift spoils on a weekly basis, its kinda dirty ( people just throw their rubbish everywhere and sometimes in the pool ) and the security is kinda bad. I bought the condo, and i am having little bit of regrets. Until now, theres no updates on unify or Astro Byond.
Setapak Green and 222 has Astro Byond i think. I have been bugging the 288 management, but i dont think they will be upgrading to Astro Byond anytime. |

I just called the management office regarding Astro Byond. the lady said, they will be having a meeting end of this month, and will be discussed.

288 management canceled the security guard contract. they gave 1 month notice, but, last friday, they just left without informing. this happened in 288 and 222. i came back home on friday about 4:15 am, there we no security guards.
the management is kinda screwed up!! |

Astro Byond, as far as i know.. the management has to upgrade the satelite receiver. Setapak Green supports Astro Byond, even 222 Resdency can support Astro Byond (not 100% sure)
Can we all buzz the management with the Astro Byond upgrade for 288 please? I'll be getting my maxis fibre today. yayyy!! middle eastern tenant -yes African tenant -yes China dolls -no.. well, not yet. |

todays update.
i left the carpark without my access card this morning. i told the guard i left it at home, and could you please open the barrier. he told me, no more leaving cards at home and its reported that there was a missing car from the condo.  im not sure if its true or he simply say that, so that i dont leave my access card at home anymore.. :/ |

lol, yes. i hear loud footsteps even at night.. sometimes really late at night, 2am.. sometimes, i hear them dropping stuffs. I don't know how to be polite and tell them.
