backspace... any news regarding your hunting for 288?     

Congrats on your purchase backspace! You taking 23A floor? Facing 222?

Just now afternoon around 3:30pm I passed by 288 and saw the car park area at the show room was full with cars! If not mistaken was at least 12-15cars there and some more got two cars waiting outside due to insufficient space to go in! Any idea what's going on in the show room?

Great! As long as they complete on time I'm ok with that. My main concern is still about the quality. Hopefully they meet my expectation~!

What I still remember was, when I made a booking that time those under 1408 and 1416sqft total left about 4-5 units only. Probably backspace grabbed the very last unit LOL.     

I do agree with wee where the price will hike some more since the festival city has been officially launched. Those 288 early buyers already have at least 30-50% profit! Congrats to Cyber, KH, wee, SG etc.

Those early buyers bought with 4xxk if not mistaken. Mine was 625k before discount.     

Anyway you got 3% or 5% discount?

Did you "bargain" with the SA or he/she directly gave you that offer?

actually, dont need to be so scarcastic one lah. if you cant accept people comment your going to be property, you mah dont read loh...afterall dunno one day if 288 happen like the KL Sentral, or abandon you guys are going to cry anyway.....

i understand that you felt painful lah i critize on the prices of 288, but it is true lah, since many of my friends also comment on that...but of course they say people who already buy where want to admit wor...hopefully when finish, people dont dare to go near 288 lah, coz tooooooooooooooo expensive already, want to sell owner sure want to top-up one mah 

if want to stay ownself, haiyah so many condos lesssssssssssss than rm488K also got lah.
