Guys,after the problem I have at SG,i'm now eyeing 288 Residency.The only thing that is detering me is the developer,which has no track record.Correct me if I'm wrong though.

What I still remember was, when I made a booking that time those under 1408 and 1416sqft total left about 4-5 units only. Probably backspace grabbed the very last unit LOL.  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

I do agree with wee where the price will hike some more since the festival city has been officially launched. Those 288 early buyers already have at least 30-50% profit! Congrats to Cyber, KH, wee, SG etc.  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

They directly gave the offer,but considering the hefty price tag without discount,it is actually still priced(for similar unit) around the same as UOA SG after discount.

bro,my documents not yet settled,it is not possible right now as I am not even on land to go and complete it.Still offshore since 2 weeks ago.Yes,it is my first, hehehe.
