Anyone notice why the waste disposal room door never close? Why not close it? Why have a door/cover if not using it? Bugs getting in and out.

And I notice neighbour disposing their domestic waste like the cleaner is supposed to clean up the whole area for them. They have the waste unpacked and dirty everywhere when the waste bin is provided. :-(

Anyone in 288 who does that sort of throwing. Rental tenant or owner could possible be the one. Gotta have them to be considerate to live well in within the same community. 2 weeks ago I saw a thrown down used baby diapers at the drive way close to guard house.

Send in suggestion to them. They follow instruction from office and I think they are learning how to manage too.

288 Residency is badly managed. The lift spoils on a weekly basis, its kinda dirty ( people just throw their rubbish everywhere and sometimes in the pool ) and the security is kinda bad. I bought the condo, and i am having little bit of regrets. Until now, theres no updates on unify or Astro Byond.

Setapak Green and 222 has Astro Byond i think. I have been bugging the 288 management, but i dont think they will be upgrading to Astro Byond anytime.

From maintenance staff (Zi) port is ready and TM is testig the port. I waiting so long fr Maxis fibre.

Lift so far ok didnt see rubbish there when i was there last few weeks.
The only thing is management sux, every time submitted defect list have call chase yourself, my master room bathroom mirror fall down 2 months already call again yesterday, as usual answer is need lump sum order cannot order 1 onli...WTH
