normally they will build the show unit with higher ceiling height than actual to give better impression..I remember most of the condo also 10 ft height..

No la, the Sa that spoke to me, told very clearly that the ceiling at showroom is higher. In my case, the SA being honest. And im not expecting anything higher than 10 either, because most of the condo nowadays standard 10 feet.

my latest show unit visit is The Sanderson @ Taman bukit Serdang..their show room built with higher ceiling height than actual...Luckily I got ask the agent...and the agent very honest told me the actual one lower...

Well, i'm not sure on others. But when i attend 222 soft launch, the SA did inform me it's 10 feet. i think most condo in the current market is 8~9 feet, doesn't it? how bout PVs?

I suggest SG to do 10.19 Feet ceiling with at least 0.01 feet better than 288.

12 ft gives a sense of spaciousness, wider view angle, more airy, more green with better light penetration and better renovation options. Higher ceiling can be lowered by false ceiling but lower ceiling cannot be raised.

222 is confirmed 10.16 ft. the email i asked was 222. May be 288 is 12 ft since 288 is expensive than 222. Call KP officer for confirmation.

I visit the show room, the SA told me tat ceiling will be like the show uint. If tat the case it high enough liao.

I visited 288 showroom when launch. The SA who served me informed that the real delivery will be lower than the show unit (288).

now it's not about high and low it's about RM280K being reported to ministry of housing but purchasing price start from RM488K which is extra RM200K more..!!!

you bought a unit there? The source also dono ngam tak. Maybe only show min price leh, who know!? . Call developer ask loh.
