Added on December 12, 2010, 11:46 amKUALA LUMPUR: KP Property Sdn Bhd’s latest project, 288 Residency in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, has seen a 52% take-up rate over three days.

The developer soft-launched the serviced apartment project on Sunday, Oct 17.

The project was opened for sale following the success of the developer’s maiden project, 222 Residency, also located in Setapak, said a company official.

222 Residency has been 90% sold since it was launched in August this year. KP Property Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of construction group Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd (KPSB).

222 Residency comprises a 28-storey tower with a total of 222 serviced apartments on a freehold tract. Built-ups for the units are between 861 sq ft and 1,203 sq ft, with prices tagged from RM280,000. Its expected completion is June 2013.

Meanwhile, 288 Residency comprises 288 units within a 29-storey tower on a freehold tract. The standard unit size is 1,408 sq ft, with an average price of RM488,000.

The contractor-turned-developer had previously worked on projects by developers such as SP Setia Bhd, IOI Group, AP Land, UM Land and Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd.

For those who had signed the S&P, any advice on the terms that need to pay attention to? Thanks.

actually i did mention to them the specification that will be given to us must listed to me and car park lot also . i got another new condo and both of my car park lot already stated in my s&p but 288 never stated any car park lot yet. i dun really satisfy with this. they said will fax me later but until now no news yet..think u should emphasize on this to them

hi, I just took the 27 unit - 1408 st ft genting view. Initially want KLCC view but when i reliease this development project already fully sold the KLCC view.

We will be neighbour after 3 years. You buy for own stay or flipping?


You mean the S&P not stated the carpark? how can it be? if in the future we need to sale the carpark separetely we do not have the legal title on the carpark, I believe it will be more difficult to sale.

Anyway, tahnsk for your information. Im now waiting for them to update me the additional carpark. but still dun have any news from KP.

Till now they also not allocate the initail car park bay, how to update the second car park leh....
The SA said 222 also not yet allocate.

i have long time no visit to sales gallery. If anyone knows the car park bay open ,just let inform each other. im waiting for the car park bay open for sales too

I ask the SA they said not so fast. If is ready they will inform all purchaser to the show unit wor.

Anyway, may i know how many people here buy for own stay? So far i know is lchoong78 and myself.
