QUOTE(webby88 @ Nov 13 2010, 10:52 PM) the bare show room 222/288 is higher than my house 10 feet, i remember SA told me is 12 feet. If based on show room, i think more than 10 feet. why s&p not specified the ceiling high? not need guessing here and there. |

288 show room ceiling will not base on show room. SA informed showroom ceiling is higher.

Good news 222, 288, the road infront of the unit will now became one of the main road to access the vicinity with the closure of the Bridge.

If based on show room, i think more than 10 feet. why s&p not specified the ceiling high? not need guessing here and there. I don't think S&P will state that. If you wish, just sent KP a letter to confirm your understanding that the ceiling height is 12 ft. Get them to acknowledge and keep it for records. In this way, if they deliver 10 ft, you can get compensated.Added on November 14, 2010, 6:09 pm QUOTE(kh8668 @ Nov 14 2010, 12:27 AM) Any idea if the power is of 3 or single phase? This post has been edited by webby88: Nov 14 2010, 06:09 PM |

heard from Setapak Green thread, the bridge from Furlong will close.
Why it close, the bridge is very convenience from P.Ramlee direction, my wife weekday use it after sent kid to school. Good is the 222/288 road will widening, and more safety i think, but bad is creating more traffic and noisy. QUOTE Added on November 15, 2010, 9:35 am may i know what is the meaning of main road? u mean next to the longkang? The small road along longkang, which previously the road lead to the 222/288 show room. I am being told that time by Kp SA, that the showroom area will convert into road. They are widening the road along the longkang, this will became the second entrance to the vicinity, beside Jalan Gombak, since Furlong road gonna closed. Also, from my understanding from SG SA, the land near the bridge is own by UOA. My opinion, they might build a wall there and close the road, hence blocking the few old houses (which is not pretty, no offence) there. Will probably still see them from top, but on ground level, it gets beautify. cc this to SG thread. |
