for pull down and seated row, try using lighter weight 1st.
pull back/down and hold it.
arch ur shoulder brace back, as if trying to touch each other.feel the contraction.

it takes time to build up ur strength, there's no popeye here with a can of spinach.

every1 starts light biggrin.gif

then there's ur off day too when u r simply tired...then u can try lower the weight, but go for higher reps

when i was on holiday in macau/holiday, i had a little problem findin clean food.
their rice portion was like huge, fit for 2 to eat.

this is the best eggs i could find, heck it screw up my diet, but really nice

i enjoy doing chest dips, but I got a question bugging me...

betweent narrow-grip and a wider-grip chest dips, which focus more on the chest pecs?

1) 1hr is just nice, before ur muscle break down.spilt up ur routine

2) drink everyday
even with the right trainin schedule and actually following it, u won't get BIG.
muscles not easy to grow, fats easier.
less white rice and oily stuff

3) depends on how u train.
u didn't mention what is it exactly tat u do in the gym.......

normally ppl take whey protein...but pesonally, i prefer sometime like slow digestion protein shake instead...

i like dymatize elite gourmet protein shake....seems to work for me better than whey...

dude...u dun add the weights up for bicep curls...misleading...lol

also, weight plates are not cheap.
so in the long run, joinin a gym might b better...no way ur mum is going to clean ur room if u left the 15kg,20kg plates layin ard in ur room...lol
