I'm sure he entered the wrong hall. There was probably an exotic dancing competition in the other hall.

QUOTE(kilkenny @ Apr 17 2011, 03:35 PM) feet pointing out is for the outer leg, point straight is for mid section leg and if point in is for inner leg muscle...u all no trainer 1? You and your trainer are idiots. Don't you know you're supposed to tiptoe when you squat, while standing on wooden blocks? Pfft, seriously. |

QUOTE(MelForC3 @ Apr 20 2011, 12:44 PM) Hi guys, Grill, roast, stir-fry, steam your meat/veg and for your eggs, you could poach them, scramble them, make an omelet or half them half-boiled. Loads of ways to do things, bro. Gotta get creative when it comes to the kitchen. How's training get going? I believe everyone is working hard. I work hard too. Just want to ask something about daily meal. I saw many replies regarding daily intake of carb and protein which according to our body weight. I have been eating one and half chicken per day. Sometime, 4 piece of big chicken breast, 4 piece of beef.. or even 2 chicken per day and of course egg and veggie. Every morning when i wake up there will 4 5-6 eggs waiting for me. The problem is i cant swallow it anymore! what i eat is everything boiled except for beef i pan fried. How you guys prepare your food? I'm kinda sick of boiling chicken, egg and veggie. I used to take 20 eggs per day bt nw 5 and there are stil 3 remaining in the bowl. feeling very nausea... Just want to know hw you guys prepare food. Cheers..!! |

And try front squats. My back can't take back squats anymore, but front squats are fine.

Try using an EZ bar. It takes a lot of stress off the wrists for me.

Also, I personally only lift the bar up to chest-level. It feels a lot more comfortable for me.

I remember once I got somebody say to me 'Damn, I thought you were natural' after I took out my whey to drink. I just laughed and walked away.

QUOTE(razorboy @ May 26 2011, 09:39 AM) I've been wondering about this for a month now, does any of you here like got used to the soreness so much that you barely feel them anymore? You shouldn't really use pain as a measure of progress. Not having DOMs, as mike said, just means your body has adapted to your routine. Try switching things up.Because I always train to failure for every set, yea sure, at that moment, after the workout I feel that body part going absolutely berserk in burn and into exhaustion. But nowadays, I rarely get the kind of soreness I got months back, where I would be sore for the days. I can barely feel my back go sore anymore, my chest and triceps probably just one day. Initially my legs still feel sore after I train them, for a few days. Now even the quads barely feel them and only my hamstring remains sore now. What the heck is this? Is this common? Added on May 26, 2011, 9:44 ammainly I can feel the soreness at my biceps, hamstrings and at times my traps and thats it. Other parts like the pecs, the shoulders(i can barely feel anything here), back(nothing), calves(Nothing). I don't know if I should be too concerned about feeling sore or not. Just out of curiosity that's all. My stack consists of BSN whey, AST Multivit, Xtend, EAS L-Glutamine and EAS Creatine. Any factors? |
