Anyone knows will there be an issue if buying this sub-sale in terms of execution of title (as in transfer)? Since the developer is not bankrupt guessing wont be a big issue?

as this project is likely to sit on one master title and there is no news on the completion of the rest of parcels, am not sure if developer can subdivide the master title and release individual titles to the completed homes.

Pity the restaurant owner...….one lone table occupied.

Are you considering to sell or buy? If you are considering to buy, title transfer or not, there are many uncertainties in terms of completion date, safety, durability about this project....

Opportunity vs threat....both equally real.

Parcel 8 at Empire Residence. Completed and expected to handover VP shortly. Was told that Developer will proceed to resume work on Parcel 3 & 3A upon handover of Parcel 8.

actually, not sure what is meh thinking.
with the capital injection they obtained, is ER considered the top priority?

it's a classic case of even if they win they still lose. as in with ER completion, doubt that they made anything out of it or would they receive praises/compliments. with the completion, reckon that owners may even proceed with proper litigation on the LD.

their only ace in the sleeve is still the EC. but maybe that is not up to them anymore and resting on their partner.

all in all, good thing for the purchaser. nightmare is finally over or is it just the beginning.

The resources needed to finish ec is substantially more than er. besides, ec still couldn't generate cash flow.
