Nope, not directly, anyway.

but this project, sadly , is a fail.

I remember when it was launch there was someone who said it's better than DPC. Well, I guess not.

The concept is good. The product is unknown without completion yet. The execution is gungho n kaki Kong kaki song type. But guess Wat Dev is the winner by conning all buyers. Just like how gurus cheat followers by telling coding and collect the moolah fr their take then transfer the risk to buyers.

the 1st phase already completed and VPed jor..........more than a year ago.

someone posted a pix...only got 2 lights amongst all vped units.

The quality is at par with ED.....full of 'gold'.

Cant imagine how people stay there.... Like staying in construction site with risk of intruders, mosquito and wild animals... Worse is not sure got water supply or not...

Tats the reason y some willing to pay the Hugh premium to get props in dpc where its not even the same league as ER.

ER alwiz few lvls above dpc for sure.

Amarnee Terrace prices and sales didnt pick up...thanks to this horrible site and proj.....same to EC..if they drag n drag hai...the projs also will be surely affected.

Can see there is contruction going if you compared time line pixs.

But not sure if acrivities there are on going or go and stop type.
