Installment - 1600-1800 for 30 years loan @ 4.2% interest , margin 90%

Consider one of the most attractive project in current market. High potential to get capital gain as well. Current psf price is much lower than the other new launches nearby within 3-5km. Most of the new launches, 650-1000psf

Seems SOHO is doing quite well in Subang ... probably lack of new condos available?

Tapi 360k got also low floor face ktm one leh.

D ktm braking screeching sound really geng one. After that you'd enjoy quietness much more than b4 lol

Beside Olives got proposed shopping mall? I don't know got such thing leh. Only know there will be Olives 2 whereby the fencing already erected at the site pending for construction.

Sneak peek into the future of this side of Subang, can just take it with a pinch of salt:-

- The new Olives phase rumoured to be starting from 600psf albeit much smaller units than old Olives

- Sime Darby's land rumoured to be another shopping mall

- Driving range rumoured to be already purchased by an unknown developer

- Between Federal and Olives is TNB reserved land, shouldn't be utilised in future
