Sneak peek into the future of this side of Subang, can just take it with a pinch of salt:- - The new Olives phase rumoured to be starting from 600psf albeit much smaller units than old Olives - Sime Darby's land rumoured to be another shopping mall - Driving range rumoured to be already purchased by an unknown developer - Between Federal and Olives is TNB reserved land, shouldn't be utilised in future |
