I intend to install 1hp AC for MZ floor (bedroom area) and 2 hp for GF.

Is the pipe size of the readily concealed copper pipe suitable for 2hp AC at the GF?

Any advice is appreciated.

No choice bro, need to grab a unit for temporary stay as dont feel wanna rent from somebody paying 2k rental. I did survey around SJ as Im quite like the area especially I used to rent a room in SS14 years ago and love the place and found that Subang Soho fits my requirements (reasonably priced soho with car park, below 400k, new unit). And yes, our bros here are interested to know the price I bought as an indicative so they know how to bargain later.

To my understanding, many units are rented and selling out very fast and even some owners already moving in. Fyi, units facing Subang is almost gone as buyers are more interested to grab facing subang than facing federal/shah alam. However if you guys dont mind low floor facing shah alam I remember that there's a unit selling at only 360k.

Ohh. You take the point too. Paying RM 2k rental, better buy a similar unit and pay the installment for our own.

But just buy for temporary stay only ah?

Hmm, bery agree that Subang View is much better than Kesas/Shah Alam view.

Hahaha. +1.

Its another 2 1/2 years to see the estimate completion and who knows we would be neighbours 3 years later. Unless I intend to move to landed in this short time being..
Lol.

But without you the stewardess wont come to our condo liao leh so make sure you dont move to other place ok? Or you can purchase the landed which is just beside the KR2 as you mentioned by Magna Prima and still maintain your status as BJ taikor and wolf chairman thumbup.gif

I can recommend you the agent that serves me. Although she is young but she willing to learn and serves well unlike some senior agents which sometimes do create hanky panky tricks on the buyer. PM me your contact and I get her to call you.
