developer selling @ 250k, 1st hand owner still @ green, those who bought subsale are getting burned. Expected of a 10 year condo with wear and tear, no catalyst like lrt.

This was the best condo I ever had in terms quality and superb JMB. I sold mine in 2018 for 435k. The JMB is the best JMB ever. They literally have millions in sinking funds, they collect more than 50k in fines every year from clamping and other fines. They are very anal about people paying their maintenance every month, I see people taking the stairs weekly cause did not pay maintenance fee.

The LRT is 15 minute walk or RM5 by Grab.

If the developer is selling at 250k there unsold stock does anyone have the contact?

that's for the feedback man. i'm actually currently hunting for a unit either in shah alam batu 3 or this.. Thinking of getting the bigger unit.. the one close to 1000 sft...

well exactly zero people can guarantee you that, investment is about doing it when the perceived risk is at its lowest and looking at possible returns.
While we are on this topic, who is to say malaysia won't go bankrupt, who is to say we won't have world war 3, the possibility is endless. every scenario has its risk, so every investment decision is ours and ours only my friend
