Since this Soho is coming to a completion and the keys will be handed to the owners soon, I'm wondering how many forumers here had bought these soho unit(s) here...

so i'll assume that 1lulaby and sohofrenzy is the owners there as well...which floor did you guys bought?

First subang keys already handed over to the owners...but for soho subang bare units can start own renos...

wonder when can we take a stroll there..

how you know we might find neighbors here in lowyat forum...

long time no see guys! how r u all... I'm receiving calls from agents regards about my soho unit already...heard from them they say about 1 or 2 months time will get the keys...don't know how true is it....

anyway, who knows maybe some of the folks here will be the JMB for soho? then you all can propose the shuttle van services...

good news all! the project is completed...now they are starting the renovation works...soon will have the keys

I've already joined. Wondering anybody who are close to insiders here can report the status...really don't hope that the soho will be delay for very long...

They've targetted to handover keys for One Soho on June/July 2012...inspection + keys together at 1 shot..so if there's any defect it can be reported during that period...

this soho electricity will be following commercial rates and not residential...

do you know what's the differences of the rates? for instances a normal house uses rm200 for electicity..how much will it be for commercial?

yes lk_chin, that's the show unit's ID..it doesnt comes with the mirror..

was told by the SA that my unit is same as the show unit..but end up the stairs is actually on the opposite side....can't really imagine the unit..lol

only see from outside downstairs...did not even go up yet...u've went up before already?

Got it from "other source"...recent pictures..seemed like mezzanine had been completed for dont know how many units..lol

Added on March 20, 2012, 6:10 pmhi kidmad, end lot comes with 2 parkings but u have to pay for it also(front back)...the rest only 1 parking unit..to purchase extra units I've no idea how...

I tot of that as well...but my concern is can it support such a huge space or we need to addon pillars? other thing will be about the costing and the finishing of the full mezzanine, since it's by 2 different supplier...hmm

im still very anxious to get the keys!! WHERE IS MY KEYY!!!!

wait! have you guys thought of after furnishing the units with the item list and the tenant actually dont want it to be that way...so what will you do with that? look for other tenant?
