From what I understand (unqualified that is), you have every right to claim LAD if it has been more than 36 mths from stamping date, regardless of the reno agreement. So for first batch buyers, most of you guys are entitled to LAD I suppose?

Do follow up and don't let the developer off easy ...  icon_rolleyes.gif

Hello guys, my agreedment signed on 29 May 2009. Just like to know am I entitle for the LAD claim ?

that's just a short jam lah, still tolerable and if u're coming from kl federal highway, you could avoid that traffic light by turning in at exit to subang medical centre, go past carrefour. it's not jammed in that direction.

i stay in subang jaya for 25 years. Personally i think this location give u a little peacefulness and still have very good accessibility and amenities nearby less than 5 mins drive.

if you from Federal highway. there are 4 ways to reach Subang SOHO. Most of you only know 3 ways.
from Subang jaya or USJ should be easy to reach without any problem.

IF you leave home, unfortunately you forgotten sumthing, u only need to make one traffic light U turn to reach Subang SOHO again.

Leaving Subang Soho, immediately give u 3 important choices, Go to Shah Alam / Klang, Go to KL/ PJ using federal Highway/ NKVE , Go to Subang Jaya main commercial area (ss15/ss16).

Hi bro, I thought there is only one way to reach Subang SOHO? That is through Jalan Kemajuan Subang, right in front of Subang Parade/Carrefour, isnt that so?

From Federal highway, got two entrances to Subang Jaya.

Second entrance have 3 different ways
1. traffic light U turn at wisma conplant.
2. U turn at Persiaran Tujuan to reach ss19.
3. during peak hour traffic jam. To avoid the traffic jam, You can turn left into ss17 and go into JLN ss17/2(shell station) and exit to Jalan Kemajuan Subang.
can refer to google map.

using jalan kemajuan Subang, right in front of Subang Parade is quite a good choice. normally traffic is not high. Just that u need to pass thru 3 traffic lights.

in case any road blocks or massive jam in the other way. you always have alternative way to reach Subang Soho/ ONE SOHO.

Subang SoHo is located along Jalan Kemajuan Subang within the Subang Jaya enclave. It is accessible via Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (via Subang-Kelana Link), KESAS Highway and many others. Subang SoHo is also close to amenities such as Subang Parade, Subang Carrefour, Subang Jaya Medical Centre, food and beverages outlets, commuter station (KTM) and educational institutions such as Taylor’s College, INTI College, and Metropolitan College.

Currently, i have a unit in Subang SOHO, ss19 for sale. Anyone interested can call me for more details

Ya bro, I understand your description and agreed that there are few ways to reach Jln Kemajuan Subang.
Ultimately this is the only road that lead to the condo.
I was thinking there is another road from the back or within SS19. Anyway I believe the back is not possible as there is a rail track located there.

I think all the units will have the big pipe (sewage pipe) except the 16 floor's units.

Contrary to the many complaints, I am quite pleased with my unit as there are only a few minor defects.

bro, the owners successfully got the developer to box up the pipe, box up the previously hideous entrance to full ceiling height, and better quality and looking tv cabinets for those with full furnished option, while providing plaster ceiling for the 16 ft space. icon_rolleyes.gif

Hehe.. good man. I guess it's based on luck, I heard most of the complains are on wavy walls. Mine was also ok though.

But credits to the contractor, they redid the complains even for the common areas. They redid every floor common corridors and reached 11th floor last sat. (top to bottom floors). nod.gif

no pipes. probably concealed inside the box like what lullaby bro said.

i only took my keys last month bcoz the dev says a lot of complaint fr those who took their keys earlier. so they rectify b4 handing to me. true enuf, they done up the half wall to full wall at the entrance foyer. also done the additional ceiling at the double volume side to conceal the otherwise exposed sprinkler pipes in the middle.
