they both the same in terms of movement, they are both seiko 5s. just a diff design. up to your preference.

how much would u be willing to spend on a seiko diver? use it for diving? or just a desk diveR? tongue.gif

for me, it has to be either the SKX007/009 or the monsters, SKX779/781.

the skx007 or the 009 would be perfect. depending which color dail and bezel you like.

lk3,
Why don't you go test the watch at the shop. And when you're happy with the model/color,you can get it from ebay...They're cheaper from ebay..IMHO.
F17 has the typical diver's look. It's also known as the Baby Sumo..
Thanks

Hey nice poison Fluffy..ehehe...
The thing I don't like about F17 is the base of the hour and minute hands are too long. When they oppose each other, the base of the minute hand will block part of the hour hand (just like the picture above..)
They should cut the base so they don't block each other...

Hi guys, I have been to a few watch shops these past few days, and I noticed that shops usually carry only limited range of seikos. Any ideas why? Well I'm looking for an Orient Mako but if I can't find it I might turn to SKZ325K1, Any idea how much and whether is it available? smile.gif

you can check out the superior ones, compared to the seiko 5s which have day and date.

maybe the srp025?

You're right bro, it's powered by the 4R15. How much they're selling there?

BTW, just to flood this thread with the affordable vintage looked SKX009 biggrin.gif
