Yes, may we know where is your source from? As basically the material and man power for 1 square feet should be RM 200 for a normal + workmanship...

Hiddie higher floor, so psf price is higher... ^^

Ya, new condos nowadays mostly 350-400k above.

Imo, nowadays new launch all RM300psf++, any launch below this is seriously worth a look.

Even with RM300psf, 1000sf is RM300k. So if u looking for your 300k house, better search for either 2nd hand or small size unit.
